All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once accepted by Cape Charter Co.
Cape Charter Co. operates on weekends, public holidays and school holidays only.
Payment is required to secure confirmed bookings.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup time, or failure to attend, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Passengers are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Any damage or excessive cleaning required may incur additional charges.
Cape Charter Co. is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, roadworks or events beyond our control.
All services are provided in accordance with applicable transport regulations and safety requirements.
Alcohol Prohibited – Passengers are not permitted to consume alcohol on board any of Cape Charter Co’s vehicles.
Legal Compliance – This policy is in compliance with the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA).
Enforcement – Cape Charter Co reserves the right to refuse travel or remove passengers who do not comply with this policy.
Responsibility – Passengers must ensure that any guests or minors in their party also comply with this rule.
